Towamensing Trails
is a private residential community with permanent and part-time residents. It was established in 1971 and developed in 6 stages known as sections. There are approximately 700 full-time residents and many part-time residents, as well as part-time and full-time renters.
This community has 24 hour security, 5 day trash disposal of trash, and full time maintenance and administrative staff. All administrative services are located in the Teepee.
