Your EPA lead renovator certification is now in force. If you are renovating properties built prior to 1978 you MUST have a certification. I got mine yesterday for those of you who tried to call or email. I'm back, passed the test, have my certification.
No kidding, anyone renovating older homes needs to have this as the fines for not having it are $32,500... more than many projects. See you soon
