I've just joined activerain and this is my first blog "ever", so I would be classified as a newbie. But only for a while.
I love working in Real Estate and have been so for the last six years. When I first got started I was working with a few investors. I would find them a great deal, of cause it had to be waterfront property and be in dire need of a rehab. I truly loved finding a place and then reinventing it. It's great when you can use your creative abilities. I have a knack for redesigning spaces.
It usually would take six month for the rehab and then I would list the property for sale. It was a pleasure to represent a beautiful turnkey property and believe me they were outstanding. One of my investors was a top designer. He would turn a dump into a castle.
Now in Palm Beach County flipping is not an option. But I still work with investors, they just have reinvented the art. Now I find property that have huge and I mean huge equity built in. The property has to be in outstanding condition or near outstanding of cause on the water and rentable.
