Investors are making their move!

By
Real Estate Agent with Town&Lake realty

Just like a game of Chess the savy investors are making thier move and  buying up everything thats near assessed value here in Wisconsin and renting them out.

They plan on holding them and selling when there are few homes on the market.

I find between 1st time buyers and the investors that the realestate market is better than it has ever been. With a tad slower sales more fsbos are listing, they NOW realize they need our services.

Real estate will alwyas be a good investment as we all need a place to live and with modern technolgy we all  live longer.actually the rental market here is great for investors as the homeowners that lost there homes due to foreclosure still need a place to live so now they are renting.

Investors are smiling!

I agree that this is a wonderful time to get into real estate investing. Investing is always a good idea as long as they are getting sound advice and you do your own diligence . First time investors need to work with an experienced real estate agent to help guide them along.

Many new investors can spend hundred even thousands of dollars going to "How to get Rich" classes but that can not compare to the sound advice from an experienced agent. A good book for new investors is: The Millionaire Real Estate Investor By Gary Keller.   Purchase Here

Sandra, it certainly is a good time for investors.  I wish I had a pot full of money right now because I would be buying up real estate.

-Lake/Waterfront Properties always have been-and always will be-a great way to get into a second home
