Condo market in MA

I'm finding the condo market particularly slow.  Is everyone else having the same experience?  Print advertising does not bring in calls; there are lots of hits on the various internet postings but they do not result in showings. Prospects seem to be unwilling to commit.  Does anyone have a new idea?
