One of the most frequent calls I get are for rentals in the Big Rapids area. While I do not personally have any to rent out I quite often can point you in the right direction. Sometimes if a parcel has been on market a long time the sellers consider renting the home out to offset costs of sitting while waiting to sell. You could check with most any real estate company and ask if they have sellers in that position.

All in all I would highly recommend giving Lake and Lodge Realty a call and seeing if renting is your best option or if it wouldn't be a better fit purchasing a home that should build equity over time so your next move you have more than rent receipts to take with you.
