1.  Visit an HER Real Living Open House and receive a validated certificate

2.   Buy a Real Living HER listing 

      Or buy another brokerages listing with your Real Living HER agent

3.  Use Real Living Mortgage to finance the home purchase.

4.   After closing you recieve  a 42" TV from Real Living

In the step by step procedure to "win"  a 42-inch LG plasma HDTV if the consumer purchases a Real Living listing and/or use a Real Living agent and finances their purchase through Real Living Mortgage. New purchases April 10 to April 30, 2010.  Must close by June 30, 2010 (what a coincidence... most homebuyers will also get a tax rebate too.)
