I have figured it out

I have always heard that google only will read the first will only read about 100 links per page.  I have heard that some people here on Active Rain to suggest you only use 4 links per blog.

The reasoning is that if there are 25 blogs on a page and they each have four links then Google will most likely read them all.  But if you use more than 4 links per blog then some of the links on other blogs won't be read. Google will only crawl so many links.  I have read on a couple different sites that is in some Google guidles to limit links to a hundred per page.  So this is my guess on why you should ahve 4 links per blog

That's interesting, Russ. I ahdn't heard of that rule before, but it does make sense if Google is only reading so many links per page.

Russ, I have to be honest I've studied SEO but I'm finding this a bit confusing.
