I do think spiritual is a state of mind and sole. When I am thinking positive and thinking of how I can be of service to others. When I am being one with my higher power, which I call God, I am spiritual in mind.
I try to live that way and at times it is very hard. I never know what life will put in front of me, so I have to put out there what I want in return. Its not how life is treating me, but how I am treating life.
Family problems, business not going the way we want and just simply driving down the road can put us off balance. Its good to have a place to go and talk about that and know we are not alone.
