In expectation for this week to be the busiest of the season....here I sit blogging on Active Rain....which is fine....but, why am I not out showing houses to some buyers that understand that there are only days left til the well runs dry........The one hot question I get is, "do you think they'll extend the tax credit".......first of all, WHO IS THEY REALLY? And, how long can THEY keep extending this? Just curious....how's your market?
