THE LIST CHANGES CONSTANTLY SO YOU NEED TO CALL OR EMAIL ME FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE MYRTLE BEACH FORECLOSURE DEALS !!!

Everyone that is calling of course "wants a deal" and I am here to tell you that there just isn't that much available to choose from in the TRUE BANK OWNED FORECLOSURES.  There is an incredible amount of the "short sales" still available, but these can take anywhere from 12 weeks to 24 weeks to CLOSE.

If you are wanting to take advantage of the summer rental market then you need to purchase NOW !!
I sold an oceanfront foreclosure recently and the owner just called me this morning to say how pleased she was that her condo was rented 22 nights in MARCH !!!

If you are planning on purchasing in today's market and are looking for a MYRTLE BEACH FORECLOSURE DEAL then I can help.  Some buyer's purchase a unit because they are solely interested in the rental income... others purchase because of the location, amenities, size of condo, etc.  Please let me know what is important to YOU and I will find you the very best deal possible !!

Our inventory for everything except high-end mansions has been abysmal for over a year now. There are a lot of Realtors wishing that the banks would release that shadow inventory that everyone is talking about. Personally, I question whether or not it exists. I think it was part of the doom-and-gloom scenario of the national media.
