I my a Platinum Agent for eperks.com and I am offering all my Buyers and Sellers 15.5% CASH BACK on my commission that I collect and not on the Buying Agent Commission if it is a listing (Seller) in these areas. He pays a monthly fee in addition to large cash back incentives. I don't understand why anyone would do that. Might as well get a job if you are just going to give your services away.

As a confident agent I tell clients that want me to reduce commissions that if I can't even negotiate my commission, how do you expect me to negotiate in your best interest. Then proceed to set yourself apart from other agents with your services.

I can't imagine EVER paying a company like this any money.

No eperks NEVER worked out for me at all I have cancelled my account with them.

Hey Tim, if you noticed Dennis Wilson's last comment is that eperks did not work out well for him. Google eperks and read the horror stories from people that have dealt with them. BEWARE of eperks!!!

The heads up here is to do your research before you spend a dime with them.
