Bear Stearns is the latest to be added to the ledger of the dearly troubled. I hate to be the bearer of all of this ...but we have to forge ahead Eyes Wide Open. ABC, Fieldstone and now Bear Stearns. Any guess on who is next? The days and weeks ahead may be very interesting.

Shawn, Joe & Kevin, thanks for the feedback! We have since seen Aegis as well as some other lenders cease funding. It will take the secondary market (the stock market) calming and stabilizing before the lending sector can continue through this cycle and begin to get healthy again.
