Property appearances count to attract tenants!

All this sun and rain back and forth really gets the grass (and weeds) growing--it is important to service the yards at least every other week during vacancy periods.  Prospective tenants often relate the interior of the home to that of the exterior and will sometimes not bother to proceed any further than a simple drive by when a rental has over grown yards.  It is a small expense to hire a gardener for vacancy periods if you cannot take the 15+ minutes to do a quick mow.  Though at many of my Natomas homes the front yards are relatively small--the first impact a yard makes can mean the difference in landing a new tenant or not.

Great reminder * I like to re-take exterior photos annually RIGHT before the grass need to be cut * fills in any bald spots in the grass and it really looks lush!!!
