Some protect their own, other their reputations.

What is this?  I thought I was finally doing okay in the stock market.  My stocks were up 25% for the year, until this past week.  It seems to me the financial industry, media and so called conservatives are using the stock market to make a statement.  Since Goldman Sachs has hit the news, stocks have been dropping.  Are they trying to make a political statement?  I think so.  But why and what statement are they trying to make? 

I am proud of the fact Real Estate Agents point out illegal practices of others and have a system to deal with it.  There is never a delay or public protest when a Broker or Agent loose their license for illegal practices.  I wish the public realized just how seriously we take our business.  Each local office has a team of volunteers to deal with complaints.  It is not a perfect system, but it does keep those in line who would prefer to wonder beyond the written law.
