Craig, make no mistakes about it, with low interest rates and so many home values it only takes a Fist Full of Dollars to get into a home. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly thing about it is that first time buyers don't have much time to waste, and then it will cost a Few Dollars More  to get a deal. When it's done, however, those buyers will be very happy and no doubt the transaction will Go Ahead and Make Your Day!

Craig, I guess my thoughts run along the same lines as Ed above. These last few weeks have been so busy that I felt turned Every which way but loose.  I wonder if we will feel the Sudden Impact of the expiring tax credit turning our market into a Dead Pool of activity trying to get lucky and find clients Any which way you can??

What do you think?  "Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk!"

Craig - You are a killer very good real estate agent, with some VERY creative marketing techniques. I haven't resorted to this technique, but there are days that it would be fun to throw it out there. All in fun that is!! LOL

Elyse - Well, if I was the cause of your best laugh today, then my work is done for the day!

Ed - Very clever Ed! Like I've always maintained, the comments are always better than my posts!

Debbie - Did you click on the link of the only gun I've ever held? It's not very threatening!

Andrea - Thank you Andrea! Our business is all about the marketing...and the communication...and the psychology...and the....Oh, never mind! Thank you though!

Ellie - Really? No inventory? Send them here we have lots!

Nick - As I mentioned to Ed, this is very clever my friend. And, at the risk of redundancy, I've forever maintained that the comments are always better than the blogs themselves!

Richard - I wear that comment like a badge of honor Richard!

Richard - I could have just posted my face on here and really scared the masses!

Judy - All in fun only Judy! My theory is that the only ads that people remember are the ones that either touch your heart or make you laugh. Being the manly man that I am, I go for the yucks instead!!!!!!!

Dawn - Wrong movie, but I accept your challenge Dawn! Bring it on!

I am a long-time Clint Eastwood fan but I cannot outdo the people who have commented here.  You know, I have been amazed a few times at finding Josey Wales posters in the homes of teenage kids. How do they even know about him?

The legend lives on.

Claudette - The legend will always live on! Clint is not only an American icon as an actor, some of his best work has been done as a director too. Josey Wales posters in the rooms of teenage kids? How DO they know about him?

Mary - You're too kind Mary! I did have some fun with this one.
