Stand Back ~ My Head is About to Explode!

Ok, the last few weeks have been a little crazy. I have been studying like crazy for the California State Broker's Exam. Friday April 30 at 8:00 am will be my day of reckoning. 5 hours and 200 questions later, I will have passed my Broker's Exam!

In my previous post about the California Broker's Exam, I mentioned this has been on my "to do" list for over 8 years! Fear had kept me from acheiving one of my goals. I had not realized what power a four letter word could hold over me! I decided I needed to stop worrying and take action.

So I contacted The Real Estate Centre, signed up for my prep course and have been studying ever since! With less than 40 hours left to go, I am feeling pretty good.

Grant deeds, trust deeds, leasehold estates. Appurtenances, dominant tenements, security devices. Voidable contracts, obsolescence, metes and bounds. Statute of Frauds, Fair Housing and Steering.....

Good luck - I cannot believe that you are gutsy enough to announce your test date.  I took the broker test last October - I did pass, but if I hadn't learned all of the nit pic stuff, I think I would have not .......

Stephanie - Have a glass of wine, breath normally, you're going to do great.  When you're done and you check online to see that you've passed the test, know that you've succeeded where most have failed and most importantly, that you've committed to something and followed through.  Can't wait to about your success!

I'm trying to convince someone in this household to take the broker's exam, especially after I saw his most recent commission paycheck.
