During the month of March, 2010, there were 1,065 closed residential sales (up from 741 sales in February), 2,542 new listings and 1,940 pending sales. The average sales price was $422,483 (up from $402,306 in February). The median sales price was $355,000 (up from $345,000 in February); the average number of days on market was 47 (down from 54 in February).
