The first step in buying your first home is to find a Realtor. Finding a Realtor is going to be the key to getting the home buying process started. We assist you in all the steps necessary to purchase your first home.

When someone calls me and tells me they are interested in buying their first home, I have a list of questions I ask to gain a better understanding of what they are looking for in their first home.

Common questions that I ask are:

• When would you like to be in your home?
• What area(s) are you considering?
• Have you already started your search for homes?
• Have you already talked to someone about financing?
• What are you looking for in a home?
