Wednesday, 4/30/2010 I helped another EchoStar executive relocate to the Denver area with his family. This time we scoured most of the Parker and Castle Rock areas searching for some acreage and a larger single family home. They ended up in the Spirit Ridge area of Parker, CO. This is one of my favorite places for families who want a custom home with some land.
Despite Wells Fargo's efforts to rain on our parade with last minute amendments, paperwork and late funding; we got it closed and everyone was in good spirits. This is yet another EchoStar Relocation deal I have done, and relocation real estate is my primary niche in Denver.
