What is probably the last supplemental course in home inspection, that we will offer, prior to full home inspector licensing kicking-in will take place beginning next Monday, May 3, at Bellingham Technical College. This state-approved course will allow inspectors with some training, but not enough to meet the state requirements, to meet those educational obligations.
