Performing free BPOs for future listings.

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Brokers Network, LLC

There is a company that requires you to perform free bpo's in order to become a listing agent for their company. The company does not state an amount of orders you have to complete in order to get a listing.  The name of this company is USRES.  Have anyone ever used worked with this company?  If so, how many bpos did you perform before they assigned a listing to you.

This is a good time to learn new things in the Real Estate industry.  The banks are so busy that they need real estate agents to assistance in pricing and selling foreclosed properties.  My Real Estate business have shifted in this direction.  Before the mortgage downfall, I did not think about doing bpo's or  reo's.  I was satisified with the traditional resale listings. Actually, I did not know what a bpo was.  Now,  I have been busy in my lucrative BPO business, which also led me into receiving reo listings.

Do a full scale search (Active Rain is a good source) on this BPO company to see what others are saying about them.

What can we do for you today?

Dwenda good morning to you I was just asked to do a BPO  for this company well it was more like told to do so. I received and email which said the order was due and the time to have it to them as I researched the order I realized they wanted me to do the order for free. Well I really do not intend to work for free I am happy to work with a company that wants  a BPO  for free when they assign me the listing as we all know we work hard and there is no reason to work for free. So with that said did you work for free and did you get the listing?

I want the work and I want the opprotunity to prove myself with the companies that assign the listings, I have the assets to work with the REO  lisitngs that is not a problem at all. Do you have REO listings and if so how many. Right now I have three two are active one we are waiting on a few items to move forward.

Have a great day and good luck on those BPO orders. I just received a call from a company asking me to do the order I have found more and more that they call me now I do not have to look for the work.

When they first contacted me to do work, they paid me for the first job, then I received anther assignment but it was for free. I was then asked to join res.net, where they said I would be made visible to asset companies from all over, thus be eligible to receive listings! I told them I needed some asssurance that I would indeed get listings if I paid the fee. They granted me half a year free!!! I got several listings from USRES. I have since gone on to recieve listings from several asset companies: IAS, New Vista, Single Source. But oddly enough I have not gotten any listings from USRES for about a year??????
