We just put a home in Arlington VA under contract for clients that had already contracted on a Lynchburg property. They went unrepresented and of course are not happy with "no service" We picked them up after they attempted FSBO and were able to get their property under contract in 24 hours..(Arlington is always hot) Had the timing been better I would have researched AR and found you and referred them. Next time!
