Following is the 1st qtr report on sales in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma. Compared are the last three years of same time activity. Sales prices are broken into above and below $300,000. For the more expensive homes there is a definite big change in this somewhat small sample between 2008 and 2010 indicating that Oklahoma City has not escaped the downturn in the economy while the lower price segment has not seen that big of a change.
