Hi Jeff, A very nice presentation for Rockrose. Isn't it great that the system is up and  working so fast. Makes it a pleasure not to have to struggle. Here is one cool thing you might not have observed. When the moved the system to Chicago, there is a 3 hour time difference. On the West Coast we have to have our comments for the done by 9:00PM. That is when I usually try to get on and finish up. No complaints though.

Jeff,

A forward-thinking builder to focus on environmental issues - something buyers seek more and more. And that CA credit sure is sweet!

Tim - You and many others.

William - yeah, I noticed last night. Didn't get all the comments in. But nothing was said about this change that I saw.  Would have been nice to know - I guess they have bigger things to worry about.

Bill - thanks. I am taking a new relocating buyer there tomorrow.

Marcus - hmmm, gotta lot going on in that short comment.

Irene - I am thrilled to see more and more attention being given to these issues. And yes, the CA credit IS a good thing. But it won't last long.

Jeff

Jeff, CA sure was smart in starting that tax credit in May.  It's sure to bolster your market.  Very nice job on highlighting Carlsbad real estate, as usual!

Jeff: I heard that the CA homebuyer program is almost out of money. Do you know if that is true?
