SEVEN AND A HALF months and unless UPS goes out of business I will have my very own business cards by the end of the week!
WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG, Bruce? I had the best of intentions in getting a business card when I started in Real Estate back in mid-August, but my wife Sharon put the brakes on with a hard hitting post back in September called WOULD YOU PUT THIS PHOTO ON A BUSINESS CARD?
Of course she was right that I should not use my teacher yearbook photo, but I just wanted to get something on a business card. . . .
What can I say? When I was born the doctors would smack the behind of the baby to get the infant to cry to help remove the fluid in the lungs. How ugly was I as a newborn???
The doctor smacked me in the face by mistake!!!
Perhaps I should take the advise of the commenters on Sharon's blog and go to a professional photographer.
I finally did in December and now I have finally gotten around to getting a business card made.
What do you think of my self designed business card that I was going to print off my trusty HP printer that I have owned since 1997?
Being a typical male driving around lost for hours in a strange metropolis too stubborn to ask for directions, I finally came to my senses and sought out a professional to design a business card for myself. Enter Inna Hardison of Ha Media Group of ACTIVE RAIN fame and she designed a business card that was worth waiting SEVEN MONTHS FOR(basically because of my stupidity).
If you don't like my new card please don't pick at Inna. She was simply matching up my staid and lifeless personality on 14 point glossy stock paper in a manner that I was very happy with! She even used a battleship gray background to match my beloved 50 pair of gym shorts and to blend in my ever graying hair!
MY NEW BUSINESS CARD is below: Thanks, Inna!
