Property is appreciating at an average of 4.07% annually. The top 5 increases in Wake County are in the following townships.
- Wake Forest - 6.74%
- Raleign 7.25%
- Holly Springs 8.74%
- Fuquay Varina 8.75%
- Morrisville 9.25%
We are not in the double digit appreciation but I would rather slow and steady than chaos.
