My virtual assistant April (who is AMAZING! Check her out at www.virtualassistantchick.com) suggested that we use this file sharing program for files and pictures. We no longer have to email files or pics - no more transferring them to an external drive - no more storing them on disks!! We just drag and drop them onto the desktop icon and PRESTO- there they are to share. Its especially cool for those of us who work on several different computers- like me- I have a laptop, an office desktop and a home office desktop. My husband and I can share files too! All of my staff and assistants have DROPBOX too! We love it!
