Are you Visual, Auditory or Kinesthetic?

Have you given much thought to how you represent information to yourself and others? Are you a Visual (see), Auditory (hear) or Kinesthetic (feel) person?

I am reading Anthony Robbins Book "Unlimited Power" again for the second time. Some of the principles shared by Anthony about how we control our representations to ourselves and therefore make our world what we want have helped me shape my life.

I had not given much thought of what kind of modality representations I used on a regular basis until just recently. I was writing a note to prospective buyers when I noticed I was using terms like "good to see", "eyes on the market" and "see you soon".

It is amazing what we feel, hear and see when we are looking (or listening).

Hmmm....very interesting.    I always thought I was a "visual", but a client pointed out that 5% of the population is a "verbal", and she thought that label was the best fit for me.
