As most of you know the deadline to have a property under contract to be eligible for the the up to 8,000.00 tax credit was April 30th. Now that is has expired, I have received several inquires as to what is going to come next. As of right now it is all speculation. I would imagine the government would do something similar to try to keep the real estate market and economy on the path to recovery. As of right now nothing official yet. I will post another blog when we find out for sure. Luckily we are still in a really great time to buy a home. Home prices are still low and the interest rates on home continue to be really good. I anticipate a busy summer even with the tax credit expiring
