Home Staging

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

The softening Real Estate market is increasing homeowner demands for tools to help bring a profit in the sale of their homes. ASP® Home Staging has become one such tool. By properly cleaning, decluttering and preparing a house before it is listed on the market, homeowners have a better chance of selling their home at or above list price.

I was fortunate enough to experience classroom and hands on training recently in Chicago. I had a blast transforming a home soon to hit the market. The sellers were delighted and amazed at the transformation. I can't wait to do it again but this time in my marketing area which includes Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington and Ozaukee County. As a real estate agent, I do not charge for my staging expertise but do require the homes I list do be staged. Staging is proven to work. Contact me for details and start packing because with me as your ASP® Realtor, you'll be moving!
