Barrie: Nautica Condominiums Update

Nautica Condominiums, the “Jewel of the Waterfront” is nearing completion in June 2010.

Final touches are being applied all around, and occupancy for the North Tower is scheduled for late May to early June. There are 4 units left to be sold by the developer in the north Nautica condo tower, where you may still have the ability to make choices for flooring, bathroom and kitchen amenities.

Occupancy for the South Tower began in September of 2009, with rooms featuring 9-foot ceilings, panoramic views of Kempenfelt Bay, kitchens with granite countertops, and master en suites with whirlpool tubs and marble vanities.

An eco-park has been completed and will sit at the base/side of the towers. The gorgeous park will not only give area residents amazing park and walking grounds, but also give back to the local ecosystem by attracting wildlife. 

Residents will be able to get an aerial view of the park and Kempenfelt Bay from the 2nd level Garden Terrace Lounge and deck. Nautica condos will feature a classic indoor pool with whirlpool, saunas and banquet room.

The landscaping on the waterfront side of the building is 90% completed, with the finishing touches to the lakefront walkway to be completed soon.
