My husband and I would really like to work with more builders. In our area, I think an aggressive marketing program is key for these builders to sell their inventory.
Here's the question: How do you approach or converse with builders without "list jumping"? If they have their inventory listed with other Realtors, can I even approach them?
We've put together a Virtual Tour of all of our marketing materials and how it would benefit them. Not sure what else we can do.
