I have just goten off the phone with a loss mitigator on a new case that I am working on. The initial conversation was normal as usual, then when discussing the procedures and informing her that I have all the docs needed to begin working on the file right away, she asked if I was a CDPE agent. I said yes and immediately her demeanor lightened slightly as she was pleased to learn this fact, on who she was going to be working with. She immediately informed me that everything was in order and aside from the property pricing out per the bpo, there should not be an issue this deal could not get an approval in less than 45 days.
This is another example on how becoming a CDPE agent has made a difference. If you were thinking about it do not hesitate any longer. If you need help with the sale of your property, work with an agent who has been certified.
