Sometimes pleasing a seller can be tough, but it pays off when they’re happy with the effort your putting forth to sell their home. Sellers can even help sell the home for you if give them the right tools to use, and while spreading the word they’ll be your biggest advocate when it comes to referrals.
Take a property website for example: www.homeonalki.com. Obviously you want to show the seller this, but how? Call them on the phone and ask them to Google search homeonalki.com? Another way would be to send them an email flyer of the property, a tool normally provided with the prop site.
