I am a realtor. With foreclosures on the rise I am working my way to get to know banks and secondary mortgage lenders better so I can list their repo's for sale. One mortgage friend I have in particular said it might be the attorneys who choose the realtor or broker to list the home for sale.
Does anyone know what department/contact I should be looking for within these lending institutions, so I can introduce myself. Thanks for whatever information you can provide.
