DESCRIPTION

Saturday May 8th Open House from Noon until at least 4pm. This is simply the biggest two bedroom townhome I have ever seen. The downstairs is bright and open with a custom fireplace at one end and a remodeled granite/stainless steel kitchen at the other end. There is a half bath downstairs for your guests. Upstairs you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer that are included in the sale. Two master bedrooms bookend the laundry area. I can't wait for you to see the walk-in closet in one of the bedrooms; it is HUGE. There is a deck off of that same bedroom that looks out onto your backyard. Not your back patio, your back YARD! The courtyard is enclosed by a block/stucco wall. There is a pedestrian door that leads out to the community pool. This home is something special and I can't wait for you to see it. Can you tell that I would buy it myself if I could?!

I like what is free....  The postlets site looks nice and the presentation is professional...No need to pay $10/listing for this...

I like postlets - price is right - presentation is nice.  I also appreciate the free html code they provide.

That said, I don't remember ever looking at ePropertySites so I'll check it out.

Wow!  Unanimous so far.  Thank you Barbara.  I failed to point out that ePropertySites gives you free HTML code too Mr. O'Connor, it gives you numerous design choices and it gives you a 5 digit Text number.  There is value in the $10, but I've heard that Postlets SEO is better.

Of course, Active Rain rules.  It consistently comes up first on Google searches.

Postlets was super fast and super-easy Carrie.  This is the first time I have used it and I did the posting in less than 10 minutes.

It's hard to beat "Free" Mr. Caruso, but there is enough value in ePropertySites that I am not giving up on them just yet!

I just used vFlyer the other day, jury's still out on that one. I've never looked at ePropertySites, I'll have to check it out.

I liked the postlets (I use) - bUT ePropertySites sure does give you good bang for the buck!  Only problem is that most folks won't take the time to see it all...

I checked out vFlyer.  It says it is a classified ad creation, management, and submission platform that enables online sellers and marketers to quickly and easily create attractive classified ads or "virtual flyers" that can be posted on dozens of leading online marketplaces in a few simple clicks. Our goal is to make classified advertising as easy and effective as possible for individuals and businesses selling online.

I think there is more value in ePropertySites now that I have seen vFlyer's rates starting at $12.95 a month.

Postlets is very good, Dagny is right.  For now, I'm going to use both Postlets and ePropertySites.  If someone knows that I am missing out on a lot with vFlyer - please tell me!  I work hard to give my clients maximum Internet exposure!

I have been using V-Flyer.  Used Postlets never used Epropertysites.  V-Flyer syndication is great.  There are many extras such as customizable widgets, multiple HTML types are created optimized for various uses such as for a blog or craigslist.  Customer service has been great also. Would suggest taking a look

Do any of you really know of all the features you get with Epropertysites? Wow! It is a NO Brainer. Sounds like they need to do a better job on educating the consumer on what they get for $1.00 per listing.
