Bramear Property Values are something I calculate every two months for the various types of homes in our community of Braemar. The Courtyard Series homes can sometimes leave me scratching my head.
What's a Courtyard home? A Courtyard homes is one with nearly a zero lot line. They are five to a pipe stem, fully detached homes and have two car garges. Often referred to as "executive" homes, as they are ideal for folks that have no time, or want, for yardwork. Courtyard homes come in three models: Arlington, Clarendon and Ballston.
This report covers the months of March and April 2010, but sadly, there was not one resale of a Courtyard home this report. For information on the known market value, please refer back to the prior report that covered January and February 2010. Or you can check out the chart below for last report's values, and those one year ago.
The next Braemar Property Value Report for Courtyard homes will be out in July. With two Braemar Courtyard homes currently under contract, we're sure to see some action by next report.
