Weekly market update Coralville May 10: Homes sold, homes under contract and active listings.

297 Active Listings
81 Homes Under Contract
11 Homes Sold May 3 - May 10
10.9 Months Absorption Rate (Number of months it takes for the market to "absorb" homes)

The absorption rate has gone down just a touch this week and it looks like the Coralville market may be picking up a bit. Homes under contract are looking pretty decent too with 21% of the homes on the market under offer. Coralville is probably one to watch in the coming months. It may surprise us. (I tend to look on the bright side by nature - I also live in Coralville, so I may be considered a tiny bit biased).
