Fast Forward Game – Growing Your Real Estate Business - Through A Farm

Upon RE-engaging in Real Estate earlier this year I was faced with the dilemma that faces most new REALTORS®, that of “where do I start?” and “how do I stay active on a daily basis?” and “how do I get from here to there in the shortest time possible?”

My story is that I have started my Real Estate career 3 different times in 3 different places (long story that includes a couple of moves), so I am not a new comer to getting started, and especially getting started in a place where you know almost no one.

One theme that I have personally encountered and also recognized here on Active Rain is the struggle that newer REALTORS® often have to get on track with a business that grows and becomes self-sustaining.

I met Chris as I joined my new office. He has the attitude of a mentor and a coach. One of those guys that loves to see people succeed and through their success, change their lives. As a result of his passion he developed a Real Estate “GAME” that actually teaches a person to take over a real estate “FARM” through well thought out strategies. It is called “Fast Forward.”

I am currently playing the game and growing my Real Estate business. I know that he is starting up the next round in June. The cost is minimum. I told him that I was going to share it on the Active Rain forum, so mention “Active Rain” and I think that he will extend a discount. I do know that the cost is minimal.  I have enjoyed the morning coaching calls and the weekly mastermind with everyone that is playing the game. The goal of the game is to gain significant market share.
