Looking great!   Montreal Canadiens just scored with 8 minutes left in the third (and final) period.

4-2 for the Montreal Canadiens!  Go Habs Go!

Pittsburgh just scored with less than 2 minutes left to the game.

Montreal 4 Pittsburgh 3.   A nail biter!

Habs win!  Habs Win!

Thanks.   I is quite an amazing performance by the Habs in the playoffs and well beyond most experts' predictions.  The team's main English nickname, Habs, is an abbreviation of "Les Habitants" (French for inhabitants).

Thank you for your cheers!   Message to Penguins: don't moose with the Canadiens.   This moose is known to charge and be strong especially when it is facing elimination.  :)

There will be a game 7 as Montreal won game 6 by a score of 4-3.   I am hoping for back to back wins from the Montreal wins so that they also win the series 4-3.

And I can hear all the people in Canada honking their cars from here!  I can sleep easy tonight but tomorrow night (in about 22 hours) I will be on the edge of my seat watching the BIG game!   Go Habs Go! 

Al and Peggy make sure to watch the game and cheer for the Canadian team closest to you that is still in the playoffs.   There will be lots of hearts beating faster tomorrow night!

I believe this is one of my best moose photos.    I thought it would well be worth to post it again for those who missed it the first time around (I am glad you visited this post and that he caught your attention).  And no, absolutely no feeding the moose!   Just being there at the right time with a camera with a great optical mooz zoom!  :)
