Let it Rain, Let it Rain, Let it Rain! When it rains, showings slow down.

As a Realtor, this is a great time to get caught up on your listings?

What should you do to better service your listings?

How about do a Current Market Analysis? Do you have a smart week. Do you plan on how many price reductions you will attempt to get during the week?

How about calling people in your database. When was the last time you spoke to your past clients?

Why not focus on what your properties look on line. When was the last time you checked out your homes on your web pages that you market your homes on. How about going on the MLS and making sure all of your information has been placed correctly?

A big one for me as a Realtor, is to work on my taxes. Yes, I said taxes. It is not easy being busy and finding time to check out what you been doing with your money. You might be surprised!

Constantly work your time Smart! Focus on the Top 5 Items you would like to get accomplished a day, set goals and then have a plan of attack. If you are not working on your business development at least 4 hours a week, then how on earth will it ever grow?

When it rains and you have no inventory, why not go check out what is currently listed? Get to know the market so when you have an opportunity go on an appointment now you know what the home should be listed at, you will know the competition and you will be confident in your inventory!

So the next time it rains, stop, pause and see what you could be doing to help generate business for yourself!

Shelli, when it rains here in Arizona, we pull out lawn chairs and sit and gawk at the spectacle. It is fairly uncommon to have much rain over here.
