Buyer walks-away from the PERFECT DEAL - THE PERFECT HOME!!!

After 2 long years of working with a client form out of town, we find the perfect home at the perfect price with the perfect location in great condition with a seller that will do whatever it takes to close the deal.

The buyer walks over something small. The buyer didn't like that we had to haggle to get a cosmetic repair worth $50 taken care of.

It amazes me that someone will walk away from the perfect deal for something stupid. It comes down to the media telling everyone the market is still going to crash. You can keep looking forever. I guarantee you will never be happy if you don't allow yourself to be happy!!!

I know how frustrating is is to put in months of work to get no results.  I lost a deal once over a set of pans.

It is frustrating... They might not have been serious buyers.  Just "lookers".  We've all had our fare share of those!

I've recently shown a couple 2 perfect fixer uppers (what they are looking for) in their price range with potential for growth with only cosmetic repairs.  They have walked from both thinking they are going to find a home at 50 cents on the dollar.  REO's are not even selling that cheap in Colorado Springs. When is it time to let some buyers go in your opinion?
