Strategic Walk Aways - Housing Pollution Affects Everyone

Anyone considering a strategic walk away should talk to an attorney and their lender.  A short sale, loan modification or a deed in lieu is much better than a foreclosure for all parties involved.  Each one of us is connected.   We do have a responsibility to every other person in our community, town, state and country.  This is no different than throwing garbage on the street or polluting the air.  It affects everyone, now and in the future.  We have to take responsibility for our actions.  If our society accepts this as a solution to the housing crisis then what will be next?
