Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Real Estate

A grand condominium built to offer the "good life" to it's residents, Broadway Promenade offers luxury living at its beat including concierge and valet service, a full-service Publix grocery store, retail and office space, and the popular Broadway Bar & Restaurant to be located on the premises soon. Other amenities include a gathering room, library/billiard room, leisure facilities, fully-equipped athletic center, pool and sundeck, saunas, and an outdoor grilling facilty.

This luxury downtown living space opened in September of 2007.  Broadway Promenade residents enjoy the convenience of a central downtown location in the heart of Sarasota's Cultural Arts District. Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, along with numerous theaters and concert venues are within easy walking distance, as are fine restaurants, art galleries, shopping and Sarasota's finest beaches, harbors and marinas.

Broadway Promenade is comprised of 187 units, ranging from 800 to just over 2,000 sq feet with from 1 to 3 bedrooms and private balconies facing Sarasota Bay, Downtown, the park or the center, along with a new Publix grocery, a bank, a day spa and several upscale retailers. Homes are priced from the $200,000's to the $600,000's.

Sold a unit in Broadway Promenade last year and you're right about the place.

I saw  some other articles about more Sarasota locales that you might find interesting at and at although the latter one has info only on golf course communities.
