I see short sales on million dollar homes. Why should the short sale be an option for modest homes only?

We have had the opportunity here for quite some time for buyers to be able to attain the home of their dreams at a budget price...short sales, even on higher-end homes, occur just as often as the middle-income homes.  Good luck!  And good hunting.

  Many people don't understand that short sales are an option....and have listedd their homes at the price "they need" with an agent who bought the listing and is not likely to explain the short sale process.
