Stillwater: A Naperville Pool Neighborhood
This post in my series of Naperville Pool Neighborhoods features Stillwater; Stillwater is a subdivision that is nestled at Naperville's southwest side. A smaller neighborhood with just a little over 540 homes that was established in 1996. Because Stillwater is not as big as other neighborhoods in the area, resident feel a sense of being close-knit and where new relationships can easily be made.
Stillwater has a location that is convenient for everyone. A short distance to Route 59 shopping and dining, the closeness of the 18-hole Springbrook Golf Course and Springbrook Prairie, where Stillwater residents enjoy eight miles of trails for a variety of activities. But what makes Stillwater popular is the Stillwater Swim and Tennis Club, it features a zero-depth pool, a six-lane lap pool and four lighted tennis courts.
Stillwater attracts home-buyers that are looking for a newer established family-oriented neighborhood. Homes in Stillwater are custom built offering a variety of style and size. The homes are four bedrooms to five bedrooms with approximately 3200-5000 square feet of living space.
