Meeting Street has Incentives to Extend the Tax Credit

Meeting Street Homes & Communities is offering some buyer incentives to help first time home buyers who may have just missed the April 30th contract deadline date to qualify for the $8000 first time home buyer tax credit.  Their offer ends on June the Federal tax credit...but Meeting Street is extending the contract deadline and adding a few extra incentives.

Meeting Street is offering:

$8,000 credit for buyers towards the purchase of their next home.

$5,000 in options and upgrades.

$3,000 in closing costs.

Communities that are offering this buyer incentive are Cedar Walk, Morrison Plantation, Antiquity, Summers Walk and Grand Oaks.
