• The median price of homes sold went down to $200,000 in April from $210,500 in March.
• The median price of homes for sale was also down a little at $249,900 in April from $249,945 in March.
• There were 217 homes sold in April which was up from 182 in March.
• There were 1549 homes for sale in April which was also up from 1,420 in March.
• There are currently about 4.8 months of inventory for sale.
