ng Beach LIRR takes approximately 58 minutes to Penn Station. LIRR riders may purchase daily. 10 trip , and monthly passes as well as peak and off-peak discounts. Long Beach residents may purchase annual parking passes from the City Clerk's office on the third floor of City Hall and use the parking facilities adjacent to the station or they may opt to take the Long Beach bus to the station.
For all those long beach commuters going to lower Manhattan take the LIRR to Brooklyn Atlantic Ave station and take the 4 or the 5 to Bowling Green or Wall Street. This will save you a solid 15 minutes from going to Penn Station and then taking the 1 train to South Ferry.
